I'm curious as to what everyone thinks of this. Why should she be prosecuted for having sex with the boy? He wasn't forced. Actually, I'll bet he was walking around bragging to all his buds. Almost any guy would be happy to be with a woman that hot. He was probably having the time of his life.
Let me know what you think. Personally, I'm envious of the guy.

I look at it this way -- if it was a 25-year-old guy having sex with a 14-year-old girl, we'd all be kind of disgusted by it and calling it molestation. Therefore, you have to judge a male student/woman teacher thing the same way. The fact is, a person who goes into teaching should know better, regardless of if the kid wants it or not. As an adult, you really need to know when to keep your pants on. And personally, the idea of schtupping an 8th grader is really, really WRONG to me. But then maybe it's because I remember what 8th grade boys are like...

i can understand how the story might have gotten out. he was probably so glad that he was gettin "some" from a beautiful teacher such as herself, he had to tell his friends. and if he told his friends, they told their friends, and eventually the story leaked. so im guessin that he didnt mean to spill the beans and get her caught, i think he was just braggin. (I know i wouldve shouted it from the rooftops!!!!!!)
She's a loony if she has to get her injections from a 14 year old kid. Just because she's gorgeous doesn't mean she should be allowed to skirt the law. She's got a problem and it needs to be dealt with. If it were you or me, it would be prison, ridicule, and put on the sexual offender list. She absolutely doesn't need to be put into celebrity status.
Hahaha Bob, I was just alking about this with a co-worker the other day. In my high school days, I would have been bragging to my buddies for sure. What high school boy would say "I don't think I like having sex with my hot teacher."? That shit would rule.
I think the teacher is a little screwed up. Does she really need to look to a student to get a piece?
