This guy was drunk! 18 Times over the Legal Alcohol Limit! "He registered 7.27 grams per liter of alcohol in his blood repeatedly on different devices." The usual person would and should be dead with just 3.5 grams per liter of alcohol in the blood.
I think he is Superman or something. How does someone function with that much in them? How does someone breathe after sucking down that much booze? I'd be full for days.
