Thanks Meritt. The audioblog thing is fun. I didn't feel like typing, so I used it. I did notice a problem (?) with it though, your real emotions can't be hidden. To me, I sound snotty on this post.
Yeah LAH, I got bored quick with the singers. I also didn't realize it was an all guy show. That sucked.

I actually watch American Idol because I love the voices.
I like the "oldies" music, not the pop music, but no matter what I'm listening to if the voice is beautiful then I will enjoy it.
And those guys, most of them, have beautiful voices and like I've mentioned before, I love listening to the male voice.
By the by, concerning the "rockers", Constantine was Roger on the non-equity tour of RENT for a couple months, I got to see him when RENT stopped in Des Moines last...just an interesting tib bit.
So, you found someone who likes American Idol for reasons other than the crappy people...though that is a lot of fun.

I'll admit it. I'm an American Idol junkie. I've watched it every season. I'm not crazy about the pop stuff, but sometimes they throw some interesting stuff in there.
None of the girls have been standouts for me so far, although that might change tonight. But they guys? I'm already pulling for the rockers, Bo and Constantine, and the music teacher Anwar.
Can't watch American Idol, but I did watch a few episodes of WB's parody, the one in which they purposely chose the worst singers. The best touch was the judges - the female who had a hit once, the "cool" black guy, and the angry white guy.
I know I'm way late responding to this, but I had to anyway. I love audio posts. It's amazing how different a person seems once you hear their voice. I'd never be able to do it. I sound like a little kid on the phone.
I get mad at American Idol too. I watched the very first season then not at all since then. Once you get past the crappy auditions, it gets boring.
