A new poll has been posted. I kept it to just classic bands. That way some other time we can do other music catagories. I also kept this week's to a less personal subject. I think I'll try to alternate that kind of thing.
No, I'm not enamored with all these bands. For one, The Beatles is listed only because CL would be very upset with me if they weren't.
If anyone has any suggestions for a poll subject, I'll gladly make one. Lemme know.

Darn it Shannon! If I had thought of Journey I would have added them. I like Journey better than some of the listed ones. I just went for variety and the ones you always hear people arguing for.
Hmm, I voted for the band that I didn't not like the most. I don't like any of those bands. Heh. I have my own taste in music. :)

Hey, wait... I like Jouney, too! I just didn't know the name. You so should have put Journey on there (now that I know who they are and that I like their songs!)
Oh, and I am sad to see that New Kids on the Block didn't make that list.

OK, I get the hint. When I do the totals next week, Journey gets 3 write in votes.
Any other write in votes are allowed, but this is a Classic Rock Poll, so keep that in mind.
Cat, I sure hope the New Kids on the Block statement wasn't serious. I just had lunch and that made my stomace ache.
I picked the Stones, but Journey is in another echelon of fabulousness. Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin' was stuck in my head the day the Yanks won the 1996 World Series, so it will always remind me of that.
And if you ever get a chance to see the classic video to Seperate Ways, give it a watch -- great 80s fun!

I'm SO not a Classic Rock person (them there's "white people music" from where I grew up!) -- I only know the names, but not the music -- however, I'm a POLL FIEND, so I had to do it!
I woulda put Aerosmith because Liv Tyler's dad is cute (ha!), but I put the Stones instead because I'm not big on the Beatles. I will, however, kick butt when you do the Disco poll. (HAHAHA JUST KIDDING -- about you doing the poll, not about me kicking butt on disco! LOL)

It warms my heart to see so many Journey comments! Not only were they my favorite band all through high school, but I've had a not-so-secret crush on Steve Perry for years! I'd have voted for them if you'd included them. Even got pictures of the "new" Journey up on my Webshots site!
